Parramatta Eels’ Bankwest Stadium final against Brisbane a sell out

The NRL has its first sell-out of the finals series with officials putting up the ‘house full’ sign at Bankwest Stadium for the Eels’ elimination clash with the Broncos.

The blockbuster Parramatta Eels-Brisbane Broncos elimination final on Sunday at Bankwest Stadium is officially a sell-out after the last remaining seats were snapped up on Thursday afternoon.

The attendance is expected to break the ground record when Parramatta opened the venue with a 51-6 victory over the Wests Tigers in front of 29,047 in round six.

“To have our first ever Finals Series match at the new Bankwest Stadium sell out in three days is a fantastic result,” NRL Chief Commercial Officer Andrew Abdo said.

“Eels fans are well behind their team but we have also seen strong interest from Brisbane as well.

“A sold out Sunday afternoon game at such a wonderful venue will be a great way to end the first weekend of our Finals Series.”

The match will also feature the Holden Women’s Premiership clash between St George Illawarra Dragons-Brisbane Broncos.

Tickets are still available for the three remaining Finals Series matches via www.nrl.com/tickets.

Ticketed members prices start from $20 for Adults and $50 for families at every venue for the NRL Telstra Premiership Finals Series.

General Public tickets start from $25 for Adults and $65 for families.
